Primary Requisite :

We are looking for someone who really is in need of a job and can work with minimal supervision and who is accountable for his job and urge to meet the targets.

Responsibilities and duties :

* Understand the requirements from the client and business managers and gather all the details for the project.
* Understanding the skills by doing the research by googling and exploring the market using the web tools.
* Source the profiles from the market using the existing tools and innovation methods.
* Vetting the profiles and doing the proper skill mapping to match the fitment of the requirements.
* Selling the opportunity , role and client to the consultants and gathering the pertained information for submission.
* Submitting the profiles adhering to the submittal process.
* Coordinating interviews and proper follow ups until the confirmation of the project.
* Onboarding the consultant for the project and ensure both the customer and consultant are in line with the expectation.
* Properly following up with Consultants to ensure he is with our customers through out the project.
* Building a pipeline or bench of resources for our skill pool .

Qualifications/Skills:

* Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting talents for the client requirements.
* Experience working with Consulting / Tier -1 staffing companies in the recruiting space.
* Very good understanding of US, Canada, Mexico Tax terms.
* Experience working to mobilize resources from Mexico / Chile region.
* Good Understanding of IT Skills to do the first level vetting with the consultants.
* Experience in Negotiating the contracts and the offer letter with the consultants.
* Experience in sourcing resumes from all the job boards , social media and LinkedIn Recruit.
* Experience in targeting the passive consultants using job posting and different groups.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
* Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
* Self- Driven and with Loads of Energy. Somebody who loves making things happen.
* Persuasive and Goal-oriented.

Education

Bachelor degree in marketing or business administration
