US IT Recruiter Bench Sales
Primary Requisite :
We are looking for someone who really is in need of a job and can work with minimal supervision and who is accountable for his job and urge to meet the targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
> Handling the entire Bench resources for Negocios.
> Finding the right requirements from all the job boards and submitting the resumes to all the open roles for the direct vendors to end clients.
> Generating the requirements from other sources like Social Media, LinkedIn, Google Groups, and cold calling
> Coordinating with bench consultants and understanding their skills and expertise area and submit for the right matching requirements for the clients.
> Handling with Junior, middle and senior level requirements for consultants based on their experience and preferences.
> Maintaining the effective database by keeping the track records of consultants and vendors for future references.
> Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the H1B/bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time
> Marketing H1B/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements.
> Broadcasting the consultants profile to Vendors on regular basis.
> Negotiate the rate and billing terms and also sort out the issues in NCA/NDA/MSA raised by the legal team with the vendor/s or Implementation Partners.
> Having Good knowledge of tax terms like Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W2.Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partner's calls and client interviews.
> Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, POs Joining and MSA.
> Keep the management in loop on clients interviews, project start dates etc.
> Coordinating with the consultant till he reports to the clients reporting manager..
> Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Bench sales and handling the bench resources.
> Experience working with Consulting / Tier -1 staffing companies in the recruiting space.
> Very good understanding of US, Canada, Mexico Tax terms.
> Knowledge with various visa statuses in USA such as Green Card Holder, H1B Visa and OPT EAD, L2-EAD, E3 & TN
> Experience in preparing the profile and work with the consultants to get it modified per the requisition.
> Should have a database of preferred vendors and tier -1 vendors.
> Experience in generating the requirements from Job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Techfetch .
> Experience Generating the requirements from other sources like Social Media, LinkedIn, Google Groups, and cold calling
> Experience in doing cold calling to generate the requirements.
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
> Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
> Self- Driven and with Loads of Energy. Somebody who loves making things happen.
> Persuasive and Goal-oriented.
