IT Recruiter With 2+ Years Of Experience - Remote Fulltime

Primary Requisite :
We are looking for IT Recruiters PAN India - Recruiter(s)/Technical Recruiter(s) to join us as perm work from home employees. This would be for our Domestic Recruiting Team focusing on catering our clients from India. We are looking for someone who really is in need of a job and can work with minimal supervision and who is accountable for his job and urge to meet the targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for our Clients.
* Handling both Fulltime and Contract requirements to identify the right talents for our customers.
* Gather and understand the job description from the Resource Leads and client POC.
* Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
* Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
* Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
* Screen incoming resumes and application forms
* Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
* Following up with the candidates from submission, interview and to onboarding and also follow up with the clients.
* Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
* Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
* To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
* Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, and hires.
* Would be responsible for effective usage of (ATS) Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process
* Client management : Develop relationship with customer key executives & ensure timely resolution of key escalations/concerns from customer and put in place mitigation plan.
* Establish relationships with client in the specified region.
Qualification / Skills
* 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment in an agency or corporate environment purely onto India market /region.
* Should have excellent network in the industry and also be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels.
* Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilizing a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, internet search.
* Should be good at Boolean search on job boards and also recruitment using LinkedIn, experience with RPS is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
* Excellent Negotiation Skills.
* Skill to use ATS, Word, Excel, and Google products with proficiency.
* Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment.
* Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
* Self- Driven and with Loads of Energy. Somebody who loves making things happen.
* Must be a self-starter and willingness to grow along with the organization.
* Persuasive and Goal-oriented.
* MBA or graduation in Business preferred .
Remote Working Requirement:
To be eligible to work from remote/perm work from home, resources must maintain a decent WIFI connection on their own (At least 20 MBPS upload and download speed) & have a desktop/laptop with 6GB or above RAM.
