He is responsible for spearheading the Client Services for entire accounts of Negocios which includes multiple geographies as India, ME, APAC, US & Europe. He is the final point of the escalation matrix for all client centric matters. Abhilash carries over a decade’s experience in multiple streams as HR Recruitment, Resource Management, Technical Staffing and Client Relations Management for India, US & MENA geographies. He has a proven track record in managing customer relationships with Fortune 500 customers, managing Global cross functional teams, Program Management and Business Development. He dons a big role in handling client servicing for our Fortune 500 customers across globe with an additional responsibility of managing the Cyber Security practice for Negocios. A former Big Four HR Leader, he also brings with himself a decade’s experience in the areas of Consulting, Delivery, Sales & Pre-Sales, CxO and Analyst Interactions, Innovation & Marketing. Abhilash has previously been associated with top notch firms like E&Y, Zafin Labs etc.

Ms. Amritha is the Head of HR for India, US, MEA and UK region. She is responsible for framing and periodical review of the HR policies & procedures for all facilities of Negocios across the globe. She also oversees all the General Administration related activities and plays a key role in managing employee welfare & engagement. Amritha has been a key and integral part of Negocios holding around 10 years of experience in HR. She has grown with Negocios and been instrumental in building the internal HR systems and setting it to a steady state. A staunch HR professional, she has a rich experience in the areas of General HR Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits. Holding high energy levels, she is always a Go-To person and has established a proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations. In addition, she is also well versed in executing general Administration & Accounting responsibilities.
